Before we compare resorts, we price the way you get there. Each gateway is checked against the resort you shortlist, so a cheaper ticket with a five-hour connection does not quietly beat a direct charter.

04 / Transfer and cost planning
We shortlist licensed transfer operators for each resort, test them against our safety and punctuality criteria, and write the journey down to the minute. Every estimate is itemised, so the vehicle, the waiting time and the return leg are separate lines you can question.

Every plan follows the same order, so you know what arrives and when. The timings below assume a stay of seven to ten nights in Turkey or Egypt.
You send travel dates, the ages of the children and the airports you can reach. We confirm which gateways have workable connections before any research starts.
Departure times, connection length, baggage rules and the chance of a night arrival. Each option is written as one comparable row, not a screenshot.
Family facilities go side by side in a matrix: kids club, pool depth, sea entry, meal plan. Transfer minutes from the airport are added for each resort.
You receive one PDF with routes, the facility matrix and the transfer timeline, followed by a short call to walk through open questions.
The dossier stays a research document. Booking links are listed per option so your family decides at its own pace.
