We provide travel research and comparison information only. We do not operate flights, hotels, or transport or act as a party to provider bookings. Advertising is truthful under Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.
3. Use and IP
Use lawfully and personally. No scraping, reverse engineering, misleading use, or interference. You must be 18+ or have guardian consent. Verify prices, availability, and terms with providers before ordering. Content, marks, and design are owned or licensed by us; no reproduction without written permission.
4. Liability and data
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or provider acts. Nothing limits statutory consumer rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991. Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3929-IX of 17 October 2024; see Privacy Notice. Non-essential cookies require consent under Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 2657-IX of 16 December 2022.
